Fees for a mortgage loan
Interest and fees for a mortgage loan are determined by the state! These, together with the loan, result in the later redemption amount.
For the loan (up to and including 300 euros) 1% interest per month will be charged.
Per month, statutory fees for storage, insurance and valuation are added to businesses. For vehicles, there will be an additional fee per day agreed with you.
The monthly fee results from a table that is required by law:

= 309.50 EURO redemption amount after one month
