What is a mortgage loan?

Then you deposit a valuable piece of your property, such as a high-quality bracelet or pocket watch, a vehicle or a piece of jewelry as collateral and receive a loan from us on the estimated value in cash. The deposited valuable item is merely estimated and valued. There is no credit check. Within a short time the loan will be paid out.
This cash loan is granted for three months. Only the pawn is liable for the loan amount, ie you do not take any new debt or risk.
Discreet, serious, unbureaucratic!
Your valuables are stored in appropriately secured and protected premises until their release.
At the latest after 3 months, the pledge must be triggered by you or the pledge contract be extended. A premature release of the pledge is possible at any time.
You must be the unrestricted owner of the pledge and at least 18 years old. Your deposit will be reviewed by us and you will receive a mortgage in appropriate amount.
Just visit us personally without prior notice during our business hours or make an appointment and bring all the necessary evidence of possession in full.
The loan agreement is initially completed for 3 months. If the contract is not renewed, your pledge may be released for auction in accordance with statutory requirements after one month.
